Our Philosophy
 

It is our belief that children are our most precious resource.  They are full of visible as well as hidden potential qualities that must be developed and allowed to shine, just as mines full of gems of limitless value.  We as educators carry the indispensable responsibility of helping to discover and polish these gems, enabling children to reach their maximum potential.  Because a vast majority of brain development occurs by age five, the earlier we begin uncovering these gems, the greater the effectiveness of our efforts.  We must take advantage of this precious window in the lives of our young to provide them with the tools and resources that enable them to thrive, both inside and outside of the classroom setting.
